Critical Materials announces the opening of new facilities at Spinpark

Guimarães, Portugal, 8th April, 2009 – Critical Materials, a technology provider for the monitoring and diagnosis of critical applications of intelligent materials, founded in 2008, announces the opening of new facilities at Spinpark, a technology-based business incubator in Guimarães, Portugal.
With the opening of these new facilities, Critical Materials seeks the proximity of the University of Minho Business Campus, thus boosting the development of its product & Services portfolio. “The choice of Spinpark is part of Critical group strategy of being close to knowledge centers that enable business development. The type and quality of these facilities allows flexibility and complete Critical Materials’ activities integration. For the future, we consider that Spinpark is a site with the necessary conditions to install our HTC – Headquarters and Technical Centre, in order to develop technology for the global market”, states Gustavo Rodrigues Dias, CEO of Critical Materials.
